When you realize that at the beginning of a friendship you were the one to initiate hugs, & sometimes it felt like it was awkward for the other person, and now they initiate hugs before you do! :)

Sharing an umbrella with a friend in a windy rainstorm even though the umbrella flips inside out and you both still get wet. A funny moment.

When you visit a friend's house and they unexpectedly have a photo of you displayed somewhere.

When you split a cookie in half to share with your friend and it comes out perfectly equal.

When you manage to tell someone how much you appreciate them, and they give you a huge smile.

Reading something someone wrote to you that makes you smile.

Having someone hold you while you cry.

When you have a friend so close to you, you can call after being apart for years and pick up just where you left off.

When you introduce two people and they get along and become great friends.

When someone else is genuinely happy for you and proud of you, and tells you so.

Good hugs (typically I'm an awkward hugger).

The first time a friend comes over to your house and you get to show off your house and all your cool stuff - your favorite books, things you built, the old fedora you found, etc.

Being able to totally be yourself, say whatever you want, just be 100% you... and knowing that your friends love you for it.
